For Football : Priority for team placement and jersey number will be determined by attendance at the in-person registration event. Secure your preferred number by joining early in the registration process!!

Parents, the National Pop Warner Association is in the process of migrating all local organizations to a new registration platform. The new online registration platform is intended to provide a pre-registration process that will allow you to enter participant information, choose the appropriate team based on age, upload documents such as birth certificates and electronically sign the 2024 Participant and Medical History Forms along with pre-paying via a credit and debit card transaction.

As part of this new platform there will not be a requirement for a medical screening (ie: physical). The new 2024 forms will require you to confirm your participant’s health status and take responsibility for communicating any health related concerns that PPW should be aware of. During the electronic registration you will be asked to acknowledge acceptance.

Although pre-registration is available online to streamline the process and is not mandatory, attendance to an in-person registration event remains mandatory. Details on location and time below.

Flag Football: $180

Registration for Poway Pop Warner football and cheer is a 3 step process:

STEP ONE: (pre register)

Information prior to registering:

1.  All fields on the electronic registration will need to be completed. If there are no pertinent details in the health related questions regarding injuries or allergies, please indicate “None”.

2. Please have a PNG, JPEG or PDF of the participants Birth Certificate ready to upload.

3. Online pre-registration will require at least a 50% payment taken via credit or debit card, a processing fee will apply.

STEP TWO: (electronically sign forms)

Upon completion of the online pre-registration process you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt for payment.  Please go back to the My Account page online and view your participant’s profiles. You will see a link to Sign Electronic Forms. Please follow the steps listed below to complete the registration process.

1.     Go to My Account

2.     Click Sign Electronic Forms (System will log you out and request that you sign back in.)

3.     Sign back in and go to My Account.

4.     Your participant should be listed.

5.     Click on Print Documents

6.     Click on 2024 Legal Papers (the 2024 Player Contract and Medical History Forms will show).

7.     Click on each, enter your initials and click “Accept”

8.     Print each page.

9.     Bring both documents with you to one of the in-person registration events.

STEP THREE: (attend in-person registration event)

1.      Complete, sign and print the Player Contract and Medical History Form

2.      Bring Birth Certificate

3.      Bring payment (cash, check, credit card, venmo)
